Our team provides a comprehensive range of products and services to help create, build, and protect wealth, including home, investment and business loans, financial planning, superannuation, personal insurances and property investment buying services. Our services sit under 3 separate licences and accreditations:
- Mortgage Broking is provided under our own Credit licence with ASIC. Our Brokers have accreditations with over 30 lenders, including all the Major banks, second tier, building societies, regional, non-conforming and private lenders. Best of all the lenders pay Odyssey an upfront settlement fee and an ongoing trailer, so clients don’t have to! This enables us to look after clients loans from initial application and settlement and then for any ongoing assistance.
- Financial Planning and Advice is provided under our AFSL holder CHPW Financial. Any fees charged are fully disclosed within our Statement of Advice provided to all clients.
- Property advice and advocacy is provided under our Real Estate licence. Odyssey invoices vendors, developer, builders and other property providers a standard real estate commission similar to your local real estate agent.

As a Mortgage client we will manage your loan application from initial recommendation through the approval process to ultimate loan settlement. Along the way we will liaise with vendors, agents, purchasers and their legal representatives to ensure a smooth settlement, making sure all the processes and documentations are in place by all parties. Post settlement we ensure that all the necessary arrangements are in place ensuring the optimum operation of your accounts.
As a Financial Planning client our team will keep you updated through the assessment and implementation process of investments and insurances, super fund platforms and Self Managed Funds.
And as a property purchaser we will manage your purchase from contract stage, through to ultimate settlement, including referrals to property managers and ordering of depreciation schedules.
